Contact us to apply for a return and refund. Return shipping costs will be the buyer’s responsibility.

Returned and exchanged items must be unused, clean, and unworn (in the same condition they were received).

Personalized collars are non-refundable as they are custom-made to fit your pup. However, we want you to be happy. For inaccurate measurements, please get in touch if you would like to exchange for a replacement. An exchange fee will be applied.

If any of the items arrive are incorrect, defective, or damaged, contact us immediately to resolve the issue.

Products in outlet sessions are discounted, and therefore not eligible for return, exchange or refund.

While we make every effort to ensure consistency, quality and accurate images of the items, please allow some small imperfections, colour or size variations (no more than 1cm) due to their handmade nature.
Returns and refunds are not accepted based on these reasons.
