Macrame products:
Always hand wash in cold soapy water. Air dry thoroughly. Machine washing or tumble drying is not advised.

Stretching out of shape or size may occur if pets pose any pulling or tugging behaviours to our macrame products.

Macrame & Hemp products:
Cold wash in a garment bag under gentle machine wash. Air dry thoroughly.

Hemp webbing gets softer or may get darker over time. However, it remains strong and durable.

Keep solid brass hardware from being submerged in water, mud, and dirt.
Due to its nature, scratches, abrasions, or marks will occur inevitably over time.
Wipe down the brass hardware with a brass polish using a clean cloth or cotton clip if tarnished. Avoid contact with the rest of the macrame and webbing parts.

Fringes on bandanas or keyrings are recommended to be combed out gently to keep them nice and neat.

Please allow at least 7-10 days (Monday to Friday) for the products to be handcrafted. Products would be packaged up and notified with a shipping confirmation email as soon as it is out for delivery.

Use a soft measuring tape to measure around your pup’s neck. Pull the tape snugly but not tightly. This measurement should allow you to slide two fingers underneath easily.

If you do not have a measuring tape, a piece of string will also do the work. Then measure the string with a rigid ruler.
